I have account with Karamba for 3 and a half months. I didn't had any problems. I was playing only sportsbeting. In the last several days I my money in my account were over 1000 euro so I made withdrawal of 1100 euro. After few days I conected to live chat to ask for my withdrawal and they asked me verification documents and I sent them the documents they asked me. After day or two I saw that my account was disabled and I couldn't log in so I conected to live chat again. On my last live chat session they told me that my account was permanently closed and that my money are confiscated. Even I tried to learn what is the reason and what happened they didn't gave me any answer at all and they are ignoring me since then.
Please can you help me in this situation?
