Player's Complaint

Ladbrokes have allowed my wife to gamble using my bank card which is a breach of their terms and conditions that state “we do not allow or accept payments from a card not in the account holders name” I have video evidence of ladbrokes stating these terms and conditions and that they have breached them but still refuse to remedy the situation. My wife has a gambling addiction and all our funds were in my account to safeguard her because gambling operators do not accept third party cards.
