I'm afraid your complaint is very light on details. Before I contact Ladbrokes I'm going to need you to provide the following information;

1) When was the withdrawal submitted

2) How much was the withdrawal for

3) Have you spoken to Ladbrokes since you submitted your withdrawal? If so what have they said and can you provide a copy of the conversation?

4) Have you submitted ID to verify your account and can you confirm that it's been accepted?

Once I receive this information I'll approach Ladbrokes.
