Resolved - A small technical issue appears to have been resolved and this player is free to withdraw at their leisure. We consider this issue resolved.

Player's Complaint

I have a balance of £1393.26 at Larry Casino.

Last month i received an email from Larry Casino, advising me that from the 28th February, they will be closing to UK customers and that i would need to withdraw my balance before then.

After this, i have tried numerous times to contact them by email, with no response whatsoever. Live Chat is now disabled on the site and they do not have a phone number.

I've spoken to the operator and apparently there was a technical issue that was effecting a number of player accounts and preventing withdrawals. This has been resolved now and you should be free to withdraw your funds.
