Firstly, as a UK citizen you should not be playing with any operator that does not hold a valid UKGC license. Las Vegas USA are breaking UK law by accepting your play.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I did ask on the live chat option if they accept uk players and advised me that they did. this was the email I received. We're sorry, but your BankWire1 payout request of $ 1,000.00 USD for Account ID [EDIT] has been declined. Auto Split Txn of 2500 USD We thank you for your continued business and are always available if you should have any questions. I Then received another email saying.... This email confirms our receipt of your payout request via Direct Payout via ACH for the amount of $ 150.00 USD at Las Vegas USA Casino for your Account ID [EDIT]. We will review your request shortly and you will be notified by email when your payout has been processed. You can cancel payout requests before they are authorized for processing, by logging into your account and accessing the cashier/banking center or by contacting Customer Services. Thanks [EDIT].

There are still unlicensed operators accepting UK players but they are breaking UK law when they do so and you are far more likely to experience issues playing with them.

I've discussed this issue with Las Vegas USA. Their assertion is that - due to the dynamics of the payment processing systems that they use - the deposit you made was added to your casino account, but was not actually withdrawn from you bank (i.e. they never received the funds). As such they consider the play that occurred void.

Can you provide a statement showing the funds being withdrawn from your account?

Thanks for your email - I found it in our spam folders.

Reviewing your statement presumably your referencing the card payment of 19.75 on the 26/1? If so this is to USoftGaming the company that runs the operators found here. As far as I'm aware they have nothing to do with the Mainstreet group of operators, or indeed any operator that accepts US traffic.

Are you sure this is the payment you made to Las Vegas USA?

I've spoken to the operator regarding this issue and unfortunately they've informed us that they have no relationship what-so-ever with USoft Gaming, which is in line with our own knowledge of the USoft Gaming group. It is very unlikely that this transaction was the deposit in question.
