Player's Complaint

I claimed a 200% bonus, i reach the playthrough and made a withdraw request for 2000. it got denied said i was only entitled to 500. So i get the run around for a few weeks. i cancel my withdraw and win another 2000. I try to withdraw and am told 500 is all i can win. It has now been close to 2 months and i still have not received anything. They said my withdraw is in the approved status, i have heard that for close to a month. I dont understand why they allow you to cancel your withdraw when there is no chance to win more. I was only able to lose it. Seems unfair to me. I just want the 500 asap if that is possible. I wish i would have visited your site before playing a las vegas usa. So many other sites claim its the top casino for US players I have made 36 deposits over the last year and half and around 50 deposits to the other mainstreet casinos. After that many deposits I expected to at least be treated fairly.

Unfortunately if you were playing with a bonus that carries a maximum allowed win, that max win is the maximum you will be allowed to withdraw from that deposit. That's not just at Las Vegas USA, it applies across effectively all online casinos.

I'll contact them regarding your withdrawal but you should be aware that this is an operator that regularly takes a long time to pay out. This is not likely to be a quick process.
