Las Vegas USA - delayed payment

Ruling

Resolved - This player shares an address with a person who has issued a charge back and as such had to wait an extended period to receive their payment.

Player's Complaint

I made a deposit at www.lasvegasusa.eu with my debit card. I claimed NO bonus. I won $300.00 and requested a withdraw. The request was made on 4/14/17, the casino has not followed through with the withdraw request and I'm given the run around from each department I do live chat with.

Hi vincentvaught,

I've spoken to Las Vegas USA about this issue and they inform me that there's more to the situation and that you should be aware of the reasons for the delay.

You've shared a computer and address with another player registered with this operator who has issued a chargeback via their bank after they lost. In most cases that would mean that you simply wouldn't get paid full stop as the other account has committed fraud. In this case Las Vegas USA are prepared to pay you, but only after the time limit to submit a chargeback on your deposit has expired. As such you're going to have to wait a while until that happens.

Thanks,

well it's 6/15/17 and still no payment from the casino. they said it was under review and there has been plenty of time for them to make sure no charge backs come from me. but no payment. and when i connect with the live chat in finance, they close the window.

Hi vincentvaught,

Actually the length of time within which you can request a chargeback varies from bank to bank with around 6 months being the average. As such the operator has to ensure that the bank's chargeback period has expired before they will pay you winnings. You should enquire with your bank if you want to find out exactly how long that is.

Thanks,
