Player's Complaint

I have made a number of deposits and have won a total of $1900.52. I requested payout via ACH direct deposit ( wire transfer). I completed all international bank details as required. I was then contacted by the casino on 22/8/19 to say their new 3rd party processor cannot pay me by that method. The only option they have is bitcoin transfer. I have given them my bitcoin address but nothing has been paid. Each time i contact them by email or chat all I get told is “ is in the approved queue and we expect it to be soon” or they say shortly. When I ask how long shorty or soon is, they just repeat the same thing, that it will be soon. They can take money quickly by card buy for some reason can’t pay you what you win. I just want to be paid what I have requested. It’s been almost a month and I feel I’m getting the run around with excuses.

I also need to make you aware that as a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Las Vegas USA do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaching UK law by accepting your play.

So an update. Friday 6th at 16:24pm my payments were authorised and processed. I kept checking my bitcoin wallet but no funds arrived. I checked with my wallet provider and they said there were no payment incoming on the network for wallet address. I started a live chat with Las Vegas USA who said they would look into it and email me. I received an email on the 7th saying that the payments had missed the cut off and they expected them to be uploaded for processing on the 7th. It’s now Monday 9th and still no funds received.
