I was told my refunds were being processed and I would receive them within 48 hours but after nearly 2 weeks 3 weeks of initial complaint im still waiting.
I was told Neteller were not performing the refunds but after getting intouch with them they said no refunds have been sent.
Las vegas usa only replies via live chat and they keep saying the refunds have been sent and my file is sat on the managers desk which is frustrating as it seems they are stringing me along.
All I want is my refunds sent

I've spoken to the operator about this issue - they inform us that you lost your funds playing and are trying to claim a refund on losses due to them not holding a UKGC license. Is that correct?

Yes that's correct and I've been self excluded also from all gaming sites

In that case unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you.
Las Vegas USA are not licensed by the UKGC and not subject to any self exclusion agreement you may have entered into under that license. Information regarding your exclusion would not have been shared with them and as such they would not be able to enforce it even if they wanted to.
We do not pursue refunds for players on the basis of lack of license alone. It is the regulators job to ensure that unlicensed operators cannot access the UK market and these claims do not relate to the fairness of a gambling transaction.

Firstly, I have to make you aware that as a UK citizen you should only be playing with casinos that hold a UKGC license. Las Vegas USA Casino does not hold a UK license and as such is breaking UK law by accepting your play.
Unfortunately you've chosen to play with an operator who are both Blacklisted with this service and who are well known for this type of issue. While we will contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
