Hi I self excluded from Las Vegas USA and had confirmation from them that I would be excluded from gambling in future on their site. I logged in a few days later and unfortunately as I could log in I deposited and my gambling addiction got away with me again. I have chat confirmations saying my refund will be made and the total amounts. I have copies of these but everytime I contact them to see whether the refund has been processed they say a manager needs to approve the payout and there is never a manager there. I ask for the manager name and then next time I contact them that person doesn't exist. I just want my payment sending. I self excluded so shouldn't have been able to deposit
Hi thanks for that information, I did not know this and will look out for it in future. I understand all the protections i will not be covered for. I did self exclude from their site and they then let me gamble afterwards. Are all sites supposed to enforce self exclusion?

Hi I self excluded by chat, which they have confirmed since that I did. They have told me they will refund me and that the refund has been made. I have all the chat transcripts with values and such. They said the money should be in my neteller account but it is not. They then said they ll contact the payment processor and get back to me. Now I cant get on their chat to security to try and chase it again. It is like I am blocked from their site.

Hi I will do. Sorry I did not see the above comment from you. I'll will send them today. There are a few. Currently they are saying it was refunded 2 weeks ago and they are checking with processing company. Keep saying they have had no response

I've concluded a long dialogue with Las Vegas USA regarding this issue. The sum total they've been willing to divulge is that there is a 'note' on your account and that action was taken at the appropriate juncture. They have not been willing to provide communication records or any information abut what that appropriate juncture was.
Unfortunately at this juncture there is nothing further we can do to help you.

Firstly as a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Las Vegas USA do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom. The protections offered when playing with unlicensed casinos are significantly less.
