Player's Complaint

I requested my Withdrawal on the 15th of May, I verified my credentials on the 17th. Since that date I have been constantly told that they don’t know when my payout will be. I’ve been told they pay every 7 days, I’ve been told they payout everyday. It has been 3 weeks since my requested withdrawal and I still have nothing. Or am any closer to knowing when I will get my payout. They have said its due to a high level of withdrawals. I’ve waited for 3 times longer than expected and am fed up of waiting longer. I have to get my payout in 2 installements, if it takes this long for the first who knows how long the second will take!! I’ve ensured my verification was successful and have screenshot confirmation that they need no further information from me. So what’s the hold up? I hope you can help!

Firstly, as a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Las Vegas USA Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your play.

Unfortunately you've also chosen to play with a group that are both negatively listed here an inconsistent in their response to complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf, the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Finally, slow payment issues with this group are commonplace. If the operator do discuss the issue with us it's still unlikely that we will speed the process up any.
