Las Vegas USA - Won't pay me $17,100 that I won fair and square

Ruling

Found for the Casino - By their own admission this player has vastly exceeded the maximum allowed bet with a bonus. As such there's nothing we can do to help them.

Player's Complaint

I deposited $2100 and received a $2000 promotion bonus. I was playing blackjack at $250 a hand and had a really good run and drove my balance up to $22,000. So I requested a withdrawal. After several days I receive the following response from them:Greetings from Main Street Vegas Group!

According to our General Terms Rules

Hi glocop - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

While most of your complaint submission appears to be missing, unfortunately I can tell from what you've included that we won't be able to help you with this issue. Las Vegas USA casino include the following term in the General Bonus Terms and Conditions:

"4- While playing with Bonus money, in any of its kinds, the maximum bet amount is $20.00, either in any pay line or wager in any game. Any winnings coming from bets that are higher than this maximum limit, while using bonus money, partially or totally, are void and no withdrawal can be processed. In this case, any balance could be removed at the casino's sole discretion."

If you have been betting $250/hand after having a bonus when playing Blackjack you have violated this term and as such all winnings would be considered void.

Sorry we cannot be of further help,

What they do is hide that $20 rule in terms and conditions and not under the promo code conditions where it should be. You have to turn 60x the promo amount to be eligible. Do you know how hard that would be to get to $24000 betting $20 a hand. It's virtually impossible. So if you lose $250 a hand that's ok but you can NEVER win. I would have never accepted them dumb bonus if I knew that. Also, I deposited $2100 of my own money and combined with the bonus that was $4100. I won from the very start and my balance never went below $4100 so I can confidently say I never used that bonus to win that money. Then to add insult to injury why I was waiting for them to send my withdrawals I deposited another $4000 and lost that.

Then they email you this bad news from an email address and when you reply to it it bounces back. There is no phone number and you have to use chat that is always hours waiting.

Hi glocop,

I'm afraid to say that this term is no more hidden than the majority of maximum bet terms at any online casino operator and the reality is that it would be remarkably rare for a casino to issue bonuses without a maximum bet term.

Whether you used the bonus or not is not relevant. The terms make clear that the entire balance is subject to bonus terms until such time as the wagering requirements have been met.

I'm sorry you've had a negative experience but all I can suggest is that in future you ensure you familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions of any bonus you claim before you play.

Sorry we could not be of more help!

So now after saying I was only allowed to withdraw $5300 I never received that and they do not answer any communications.
