Hi,

I became verified in Clubworld group casinos, which includes Luckyred. I played in Luckyred casino slots and got lucky to win big. My total win is $27898. After I submitted a withdrawal they requested phone call verification and also to send them my broadband bill. After they received all they asked the reached a decision to void my winning just because I did not type "UNIT A" during registration which is a very stupid excuse not to pay. They ignored my emails with a question why they approved me as a verified player before my win( I have their saved emails with this approval) and they changed their decision after my big win.

Hello Admin Team yes, I can confirm I received an update from the casino manager that they decided to honor my winning and actually the started this week to pay part of my winnings. I will continue to make the withdrawals from my account thanks for help and attention [EDIT]
