Hi I made a account with magicred casino, I've put easily over £100 onto the site.. I made a withdrawal on the 7th of May, this was declined as the casino said my bank declined it. Then they told me to deposit with PayPal to withdraw with that method so I did. The PayPal withdrawal was cancelled and they changed it to my master card for cash out. I then got told my cash out was declined again as it wasn't supported. To try cashing out a lower amount than £200 or to deposit again.. I've tried to cash out £200 3 times now and there is no help or reassurance what so ever from this company. Could I have help please?

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service. If you are still experiencing issues on Friday the 20th of May let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
