"4. The maximum withdrawal amount is €100. Any funds over this amount will be removed automatically on cashout. 5. Player must deposit a minimum of €50 after receiving the free spins."

So the maximum you would be entitled to withdraw would be €100 and you would have to have made a deposit of €50 to be allowed to do this. That means that the agent that asked you to deposit €20 was wrong and this likely triggered the first deposit bonus of 100% tying you in to further wagering requirements. While I understand your frustration I'm afraid the maximum you would be allowed to withdraw from this promotion is €100. The screen shot you sent through showing an allowed withdrawal of €980 specifically references the €20.26 you were given as a bonus - this is in reference to the deposit bonus you received that you should not have when you made your €20 deposit. It carries different terms to the No Deposit Bonus. The terms for the No Deposit Bonus are detailed above in terms 4 and 5.

As such the maximum you will be allowed to withdraw is €100 after you've made a deposit of €50.
