I already sended emails to close my account and they didn’t. I cant believe this is legal. If i can close my account there own website say you can close it by sending an email to the support@ email. I did it twice and even with a ticket in 2018 to close it permanently. This is a scam

And not legal. Please act and send this to gambling comission, if this is legal I am going to begin an online platform myself.

Unfortunately it is unlikely we can do anything to help you in this instance. You've chosen to play with an operator who are both negatively listed with this service and who have been non-responsive to our efforts to discuss complaint issues with them historically.

You are also playing with a weakly licensed operator who will have minimum Responsible Gambling obligations. Even in more tightly regulated jurisdictions operators are expected to consider an account closure request a self-exclusion unless the player directly informs them that the request is based on problem gambling. Did you do this?
