hello I created an account at maneki casino a few days ago and I won € 400 on game book of dead. I was uploading my documents and when I was done ... my money in the account was gone .... ?? I went after the chat and in the chat they could tell me that I had canceled my bonus myself .. that is not possible because I have not even seen where I could cancel it and now I feel robbed it is not normal ...

Hi mohcine85,

I've discussed this issue with Maneki Casino. Their systems clear show that you cancelled your bonus thereby forfeiting your bonus and winnings.

I also went through the process of forfeiting a bonus - this requires clicking a prominent red button that says 'Cancel Bonus'. This isn't something that could be done inadvertently.

I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do to help you in this case.
