Resolved - Both Maneki Casino and the submitting complainant have confirmed that this issue has been resolved and the player has received their funds.

My cashouts of 1000 and 4000 euros have been stuck in a "pending" state due to a software bug according to the casino.
I think they could cancel the transaction manually but they do hesitate.
