Player's Complaint
I registered at maneki.com casino last month
I deposited with netellerand played live dealer games, bonus free.
I uploaded my docs and my account was verified
I deposited 100 and played, when I had 274 i decided to withdraw my funds.
It was 15 days ago.
Maneki delayed my payments
Yesterday, they decided to close my account due to duplicate accounts as they said.
they confiscated my funds.
They said I opened another account with my IP in maneki.com
It is wrong.
How could I? they decline any member who has the same name and birth of date.
I only openned one account and always played from home.
N1 interactive Ltd is the owner. As I opened other accounts in other online casinos, one of these other casino could belong to N1 interactive LTD.
They associated I had duplicate account while I only opened one account in each casino.
I interchanged several emails and live chats and they cannot explain clearly what i did wrong.
Suposse N1 interactive owns 10 casinos and I registered in 2 o 3 of them , must I know each casino owner?
They all have different names.
Manequi.com took my other registrations as a broken rule.
I always played at home, no other account.
if you need further info just tel me
