Hello, i won on the casino 900€ on the 10.9. at first , then they didnt let me withdraw so i lost 150€ , now its 16.9 and they still didnt pay me .I talk to ther live cher every day and they are teling me every day a new lie... Like at first they told me they payment department is working on it , now they tell me the 2nd line suport is working on it.. My last withdraw request is now pending since 13.9. . All the other requests before were just instantli discarded. Im asking you if you can please hellp me. Thank you

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
