Hello,
I have an withdrawal issue with maneki.
27-02-2020 I withdrawal my win with trustly.
02-03-2029 I still didn’t received my money. it's currently still pending (for 7 days and I cant cancel it)
I contacted the live chat really often, but they say, the billing team will checked it soon as possible. It has been almost 2 weeks now. It’s ridiculous.
Could you help me out, I really appreciate it.

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
