To be clear - you are stating that you have hundreds of thousands of spins worth of data on a single game that you believe demonstrate that the game is not functioning at the advertised rate of return and that this is demonstrated by your loss of €678? If that is an accurate assessment of your claim then this loss total would be well within the expected loss range for the majority of slots games at even the lowest bet levels over 100000 spins.

[100000 spins at a 0.10 credits is €10k wagered. The average slots game has a house advantage of 3%, resulting in an expected loss of €300. Given the high variance nature of slots games it would be well within expected results to experience a loss far in excess of this over this play period.]

If your bet was higher than the lowest bet levels the chances of this loss increase further. If you have played more than 100k spins, the chances of a loss this size increase further again.

To further exemplify this, I've run a sim for you using a game with known settings - Microgaming's Thunderstruck - over a period of just over 100k spins at a bet of 0.09. The results are included below:

As can be seen from the above, the expected loss (average) over this play sample is -€390.46, but this is not reflective of what the majority of players will experience due to the high variance nature of the game (rare big wins, frequent losses to balance these out). In fact 1 in 3 players will experience a loss of €582 or more. 1 in 20 players will experience a loss of €768 or more. So even on the smallest possible bet sizes your loss slots somewhere in the middle of this. In other words, far from remarkable.

If we increase the bet to a more normal bet size (€0.54/spin rather than €0.09) the figures are even more stark:

The above shows that the expected loss over 100k spins is €2113.90. In fact, 2 in every 3 players would experience a loss of €973 or more - larger than the loss you are reporting.

Even if we factor in bonuses to the value of twice what you've lost - a very high bonus ratio that most operators would go out of business to meet - the results you report still do not fall out with expected norms:

As can be seen above, with a fairly average bet size, the expected loss - even with large volumes of bonuses, is greater than the loss you report (€752.59). That means more than one in every two players would experience a loss larger than that which you have reported.

In short, the losses that you are talking about are not significant enough to suggest any form of foul play over the sample sizes you are discussing on a fairly average slots game. However, I suspect it is more likely that in fact your data set may be smaller than hundreds of thousands of spins (this would make the expected loss less but the data less reliable in mathematical terms), that you've likely been switching between games, diluting the data set, and that you've likely been betting more than 0.10/spin and moving between bet sizes which increases the variance even further (making experiencing a loss of this size all the more likely).

And to be clear - N1 Interactive do not have control of the function of the games they provide. Beyond basic settings (dependent on the software providers choosing between a pre-determined selection of RTP selections). If the games are not functioning at advertised settings then it would be an issue with the software provider and would be very likely to impact the games at every operator that offers this software provider rather than a single licensee.

As to the screenshots you sent through, these appear to be nothing more than disconnection errors. They are usually caused by poor signal at the user's end, but can occasionally be an outage at either the operator or provider end. Regardless, they are not indicative of cheating.

With the greatest of respect it sounds like you may be losing more than you are emotionally comfortable losing, leading to mistrust in the games.
