I cant withdraw my money to skrill cause i deposit with neosurf voucher so i ask them to withdraw to neosurf they say they cant proceed unless i make a second deposit with skrill and i sent all documents neededthey refuse to cashout unless i deposit again and they say they cant break their rules same deposit method same withdraw method. But no neosurf cashout so they tryin to [EDIT] money that i won by telling to deposit again to withdraw
