Player's Complaint

I have deposit money to Manekin via neosurf. Now I want to withdrawal. But it’s not possible

They told me to do a deposit from Skrill, Mifinity or paysafecard. But I’m not able to do that

They only payment method I can use is neosurf

So now they don’t want to withdrawal my money. They keep saying that I need to deposit more money from one of the payment methods. [EDIT]

Please help me

I have sent in all documents they want but still says that I need to deposit more money? I don’t want to deposit more money

I can’t, I don’t know I have tried to do a account but I get a fault message when I try to deposit. And Skrill told me that the issue is at Manekin and manekin says that the problem is at Skrill..

so what should I do? Just leave my winnings at my manekin account? They used to have trustly but not now. I have deposit and withdrawal with trustly in the past at manekin

Yes I have tried with paysafecard also but it will not work. I have tried to deposit money from my Mastercard to Skrill and you can select if you want to use the money for gamble or not and I selected for gambling purposes but it was declined, then I tried to select the option there you can not gamble and it worked. So now I have been sent an email to Skrill and asked about why it’s is not working

Im so frustrated that I can deposit money with neosurf without any issue but I can’t withdrawal it.. it’s so strange? They have all info they need for proof etc

I feeling so small in this case because I can’t do anything.. :(

Yes o have. Now I have talked to Manekin again and next step is try Mifinity , but I have trouble to open a account but they’re working on it
