Player's Complaint
I paid in with paysafecard and also won something and would like to pay it out, but unfortunately it does not work because I do not trustly work for me, so I asked the casino to make me a bank transfer option, this was confirmed with 50 € commission as soon as my account is decorated I agreed to this and have no problem with it then they resisted and said no, they now have to deposit something else so that it is unlocked, but unfortunately I have no option to deposit money online except Paysafecard, which is because I am online from my bank I have a zero limit blocked for DIRECTebanking I am trustly not working skrill belongs to DIRECTebanking and so I am also blocked there and it cannot be that I can deposit with paysafecard within minutes but I cannot withdraw and this has been going on for about now yes eight hours by train port back and forth what's the problem with that just do it by bank transfer I pay the commission I don't care we're talking about 1000 € now, my balance is 1290 at the moment, but I have to be able to pay out and Paysafecard payment is not possible in Germany please help me
