Submitted invoice for money due up to end August 2019 on 2 September to rep via Skype. Took 10 days for him to confirm he'd got it despite me asking on several occasions via sykpe if he had. Confirmed it was to be paid 'next week' on 13 September. Needless to say not received nearly 3 weeks later, very slow to respond to my requests for updates or help if at all. Suspect there's something up here due to lack of communication 'payments are busy' and 'it will be paid' etc. all the usual BS. I cannot get a sensible dialogue going with the answers I need. Thanks D
OK, out of the blue, the rep got in touch via skype and said it had been sent - indeed, it turned up later that day. Thanks, resolved.
