Hi pogg so thursday 23rd of January I deposited 20 pound at metal casino of my bank card only reason I looked for another casino as I played one of there sister casinos rizk and have had many wins and the money has been been approved within 2 hours and money in bank next day I had 20 to play with real cash played some games got upto 40 pound made a withdrawel of 20 pound to make sure I new I made my money back had 20 left to play with played down to 10 pound on 40 p spins played my last 10 pound on 60 p steak and got a bonus and hit 370 pound as a gambler I carried on playing down to 300 requested withdrawel saturday comes I look back at metal casino to see if my withdrawel had been approved I only look up and it still says 300 in my account to play with I contact support and I asked what's going on I asked for withdrawel why is the money in the account and this is what they said in email Thank you for contacting us earlier.
Our payment team has had a look at this and it seems that there was an error on your banks side when processing the withdrawal. I would recommend you contact them first
to make sure there is no restrictions or blocks and then request a new withdrawal. I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and cooperation.

I rang my bank as soon as and they said there is no block they could see they tried to put the 300 into the account but they reversed the payment I request another withdrawel that night at 9.50pm saturday 25th comes I ask them when will my withdrawl be approved they said at 9.50 tonight they said they have made a case in order to find out why my previous withdrawel was rejected I waited an email come through saying they have sent my case through to the department in charge and they will take a look at my matter my withdrawel is still pending and want to no what's going on thanks pogg

I'm having same problem with that casino playing silly buggers not returning my balance iv put in a complaint sheet with u see if can help.
