Metal Casino - Unable to withdraw winnings

Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolve their issue on their own.

Player's Complaint

I have been trying to withdraw my winnings for a long time and every single time Im told that new documents for verification should be provided before they are able to proceed with the withdrawal.

Documents I have provided:

- Source of funds

- Source of wealth questionnaire

- KYC approval

- Method of payment

- Utility bill as a proof of my home address

- ID

I find it unreasonable to provide any extra documents, especially when they seem to request new documents always after I have given them the ones they previously asked. Please note, that all the above listed documents have also been approved by them.

Hi, At the moment I'm not able to login to the site and check what documents they're requiring, but basically they were asking me to provide them similar documents which I had already given them. For instance, I was asked to provide them proof of wealth signed by an attorney, which seems odd as they had accepted already the proof of wealth document I gave them earlier. I'm just wondering why they are asking such a document? It would cost me a lot of money to hire an attorney for just sign a document. Best regards, [EDIT]

Hi Dewitm,

Where there are concerns regarding whether the person named on the account is the person controlling the account or whether the funds being played with legitimately belong to the account holder source of wealth checks are standard. You would need to comply with the requests before we could assist you.

Locating a notary public to fulfil this role and having done some brief internet searches for your country is likely to cost around €40.
