£50 deposit made on the 9th september it is now 25th september still no deposit recieved even though it was recieved by mr sloty on the 12th september , totally ignored by customer service i just want my money back
hi , thankyou for any sort of help , do you have any sort of advice on how i would get my money returned , as such ive deposited £50 and recieved nothing , surely this is breaking the law and is theft ?

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Mr Sloty do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
