Player's Complaint

It has been 58 days now since I made my withdrawal request of £800 via Bitcoin withdrawal at casino. 58 days in total is equivalent to 43 working days which has exceeded the estimated timeframe in which Mr Sloty specify a withdrawal request should be accepted. The status of my withdrawal is still “awaiting”, it should have been accepted by now and I should have been paid by winnings. Every time I message them on live chat they just tell me to be ‘patient’ or they give me other excuses like ‘you should be paid soon’, ‘we’re having delays in finance’ but I have been, I could be waiting forever to get my money, or just never at all! I should have received my money. Please help me get my £800? Or have I been scammed by this so called casino?!

Personally, reading all the negative reviews on line in regards to Mr Sloty not paying winnings to players, I have little to no confidence of ever receiving my money at all. This casino is acting [EDIT] and players should get their winnings if they have been able to deposit funds.

I have complied with the casinos terms and conditions, I just want my £800 that I have won fairly and want to withdraw. Can you get to pay me please?

Please read our Complaint Guidance to ensure that you fully understand how our complaint management process functions.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Mr Sloty do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact the operator to discuss this issue we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.
