Basically I made a withdrawal on the 13th of August 47 days ago…it shows as complete on 9th September 20 days ago after endless days on chat and sending emails this is shocking and over and beyond the time frame advertised on there website and I have been more than patient but feel that I am scammed of withdrawal. I am being told by chat and email be patient, was told all complete their end then I was told technical issue it just seems excuse after excuse at this stage please help

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Mr Sloty do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
