Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

I made a deposit of 250 pounds on June 1, 2022. I had a profit of 1500 pounds and on the same day I made the withdrawal.
From June 1, 2022 until today, I have claimed with more than 120 emails and 3 to 4 times through online chat to get paid and they always lie to me with the same speech:
“We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The delay was caused by numerous reasons. Firstly, we received many fraudulent withdrawal requests that caused additional security measures that have prolonged the process. Secondly, in the recent period, the financial department has conducted systematic check-up steps intending to clear the system from fake accounts that were used for fraudulent reasons. We only want to secure your payment, however, this usually means clearing the system from dangerous requests coming from players who intend to misuse our service. We only want to protect our loyal customers from people who deliberately try to endanger our payment system and cause these unpleasant delays. We will remind the financial department about your payment and ask them to prioritize your case.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.”

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Mr Sloty do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
