Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolved their issue on their own.

On May 1st 2022 I tried to withdraw £500 and they sent me a confirmation email saying 7-21 working days!
I have contacted them almost everyday and I just get the same generic response that I have to be patient and that sometimes it takes longer to process!
I sent a complaint in an email last Tuesday giving them 7 days to process and sort the issue in accordance with the CGE guidelines who apparently are their governing body? They still sent me the same generic response!

I didn’t know anything about UKGC licence but now I do is there anything I can do about it?

Very little. We are not aware of any player or regulator effectively managing to take action against black market operators.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Mr Sloty do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
