Hi, I made a deposit on mrsloty.com of £20 with a 100% deposit bonus making it £40 I played through the wagering and cashed out £360 it’s been over a month when I contact live chat they say they need to look at all the transaction history to make sure I didn’t break any terms and conditions which is fair enough they say 7-21 days for it to be paid but it’s been over a month and it still says pending I also asked them what country is the licence and they said it’s an intonational licence I don’t think they have a licence at all is there any way I can get the amounts I deposited it was £100 in total over a few months because I know they are not going to pay the withdrawal I just wondered if you can help me with this or if it’s a lost cause trying to get a refund from an unlicensed casino.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Mr Sloty do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
