Received first withdrawal ok within 3 days.. haven’t received the 2nd and the date of withdrawal on the site keeps changing, emails not being responded too, everything fully verified and also live chat makes up something different and cuts me off

I haven’t received funds..I made withdrawal on the 13th of august it was marked as completed by mr sloty on the 9th of September and I still have not got the funds I have been told technical fault and many different excuses

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Mr Sloty do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
