Player's Complaint

Been waiting weeks for my money, with no help at all from their live chat.. being told different things.

Withdrawl status changed from ‘awaiting’ to ‘allocated’ eventually after they asked for my ID and bank statement/proof of address

They confirmed this was okay and my withdrawl is near completion now but still nothing..

On to chat every day with no help..

Was advised to email [EDIT] who is the VIP manager and this was his response:

Apologies for the delay.There is a major software update, even some new finance software segments are introduced.

Therefore the delay. Apologies for any inconvenience you might have experienced and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hopefully it should be processed soon.

Not sure how reliable or truthful this is.. surely you’d inform your customers?

Please get me my money back, I’m in urgent need of it, I need to pay bills, rent and so much more otherwise im gonna end up on the streets.

I have money in my balance too which I need to withdraw but I can’t because this one is still pending. The longer it’s in my balance the most likely it is I will end up betting it and losing it! They have no where where I can sit limits or have a cooling off period.
