Player's Complaint
Hi
I am KYC verified and already had one withdrawal of £200 processed within a week. Made a second withdrawal of £1100 on 16th January and having nothing but trouble.
I was told it would be in my account in 7-21 days which seemed long but I have now waited the time frame and the withdrawal has yet to be processed.
The number does not work and the live chat keeps saying wait longer and have patience. No way of contacting the finance team, can’t give me a time frame
Emails are not being responded to and instead the support email
Address is being used for advertising.

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Mr Sloty do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
