The only deposits I’ve made is through my bank cards in my own name I’ve had the account for months never had a issue with depositing or withdrawals as soon as I withdraw the 800 which is one of my biggest wins they start doing all this , the phone contact was cancelled months ago through sky mobile

I had the number for just over two weeks I already updated my phone number on the site to my current one

Also they have still let me deposit after this withdrawal

They are going to call me and like I said it was open less then a month I’ve sent emails with my name and number on confirming it’s mine , they said there going to call so please end this case now as they are sorting it

The submitting complainant has informed us that this issue has been resolved and that they have received their funds.

Had account for months made many deposits and withdrawals many times , go to withdraw £800 they start asking for verifications etc which I know ain’t right as they have had many chances to do this , I sent in everything anyway all ways accepted now there asking for a pdf of my phone bill linked to the account , I try explain this is a old number and I do not have access to this as it’s been cancelled. Yet it’s like they can’t speak English and just keep saying the same thing .
