Player's Complaint

On October 17, 2018 at approx 9:30 I tried to withdraw winnings of $1063.09 CDN to my Visa/debit bank account. It was rolled back and a total of 4 subsequent attempts the past 7 days said the same thing.

The winnings were on slots with deposits that used/included welcome bonus. When I withdrew the funds all bonuses were complete as per the terms.

Now Night Rush is claiming that I exceeded the maximum bet ($6 CDN) on one of the slots games. The terms and conditions state that for bonuses on NR your cannot exceed 5 euro or equivalent in currency. Since I use Canadian currency the equivalent to 5 euro is $7.5 Canadian dollars. At no time did I match or exceed 5 euro. The highest bet I made a few times is the equivalent of 4 euro (6 Canadian dollars).

Line 17 of the NR published bonus terms and conditions state: "Maximum allowed bet when wagering a bonus is €5 or the equivalent in other currency per game/spin."

NR states the 5 euro equals 5 canadian dollars. The bank or money trader disagrees!

Using this logic if I bet with Honk Kong dollars 6 HKD would exceed the 5 euro threshold even though the equivalent value is only 67 cents. If I used 6 Korean won the equivalent value is 0.0046 cents. I could go on.

NR has replaced my $1063.09 with my 3rd deposit of $100.

I have found hundreds of other examples, definitions and precedent regarding equivalent of other currency.

Definition from the worlds largest currency exchange:

"The FOREX is able to facilitate the receipt or payment of units of currencies that are equal in value."

FOREX—The foreign exchange market (FOREX) is a global decentralized or over-the-counter market for the trading of currencies, and is the largest market in the world (followed by the credit market). This market is a necessity because one unit of currency very rarely equals another one unit of another currency. The FOREX is able to facilitate the receipt or payment of units of currencies that are equal in value.

Line 17 of the Night Rush Terms and Conditions state:

"Maximum allowed bet when wagering a bonus is €5 or the equivalent in other currency per game/spin."

The equivalent in other currency from 5 euro to Canadian is $7.50. At no time did I reach or exceed this 5 euro maximum in equivalent currency.

Thank you.
