Hello,
My name is [EDIT] and I signed up for NightRush casino on January 22nd. I deposited $1000, I won $24,000 and ended up requesting a cash out of $18,000. After my cashout request i immediately uploaded proof of deposit, identity and address. A few days went by and I was asked to fill out a N1 form and provide more documents. I filled out that form and submitted 3 months of paystubs as requested within 30 mins of receiving that email.
A few days went by and I ended up cancelling a few of my withdrawls and I won 60,000. I went to cashout and the next morning I woke up to an email that I now had a VIP host July. July is great. She has been helping me ever since. July had informed me that the Risk/Aml department required more documents. They asked for 3 months for of bank statements. I provided those immediately. Then then asked for 3 months of bank statements for other bank accounts. Those were provided right away. Then they asked for the N1 form and documents again. I re provided those. Then they asked for details of a $1500 cash deposit into my bank account, a $2000 e transfer, info on several small e transfers ($10-$100) and info on a number of small online banking transfers ($10-$140). I explained what all of those transactions were for. Then they asked me for more bank statements which I provided right away.
Now we are on February 12th (3 weeks later) and I still have not received any of my winnings from NightRush casino. July cash informed me that Risk/Aml is still verifying and she will update me when she has an update. My last update was 3 days ago in which was no real update. She just said that we are on the final stage. I have heard nothing else since.
I have played on other online casinos and have never had to jump through such hurtles to receive my winnings. I think this timeline and process is a bit over the top. I have been very patient and now I am starting to get a bit frustrated.
I would love to continue playing at NightRush casino but I will need to see that they can pay me out in a quick timeframe. Their website and all other information online shows that withdrawl time is 0-24 hours. Right now is over 504hours.
NightRush Account Info: [EDIT]
Thanks

Our understanding is that your withdrawal is now being processed in line with the operator's payment limits. Can you confirm the receipt of multiple installments?
Thanks,
