played on nightrush and cleared the bonus for 5 euros now they don't want to pay out because of a too high bet I bought free spins of 10 euros after I cleared the bonus that's what it's about I asked for proof that I didn't receive the bonus I have cleared that I do not get that I play at many casinos and have experienced this before because if you have not cleared the bonus you cannot have the entire amount paid out on the reviews of the casinos online you see that there are many victims who do that been through
I deposited 10 euros and got 50% for the third deposit bonus I cleared this bonus because if you get a bonus and it has not been cleared you can't have a payout either I play at casinos before they insist that I am on western free bought spins and the stake was too high I did this after the bonus was cleared they try to refuse it for non-payment but in the end it is not correct what they say I have asked 3x to pay out if not I file a complaint everyone knows if you have bonus money you can't pay out I strongly suspect that they are scammers

Hi missbowie,
I've reviewed your play history with Nightrush and sadly we cannot uphold your claim.
On the 19th of July at 12:09:52 server time you deposited €10 and received a bonus of €5 with a wagering requirement of 45xbonus (€225). You then started playing.
At 13:23:24 server time after having played 271 spins and wagered a total of €115.55 out of the €225 wagering requirement, you increased your bet to €10/spin, breaching the maximum allowed bet limit.
That being the case the operator are within their rights to consider the bonus contract void and reset both parties to pre-contract condition.
Sorry we could not be of further help.

To be clear - you bought a bonus feature in a slots game. Was this before you had completed the wagering requirement for the promotion you opted into?
