Found for the Casino - Bonus Buy features are a single bet. The maximum bet terms associated with bonus features apply to them in exactly the same fashion as any other bet.
Read our Nordicasino Review.
I played several different games in Nordic Casino. I always bet between €0.2 and €1.5. At one point in one game I hit the jackpot of €3000 and wanted to withdraw the money.
A few days later, I was informed that my prize had been deleted because I had broken their betting rules. First, I was accused of betting more than 30% of the deposit - they said that I bet on only one spin €63 per spin. When I proved to them that this was not true, that I had only ever bet €0.9 in that game, they later accused me of having bought a €63 bonus, and violate their 30% bet-to-deposit rule. That is tru that I bought bonus but I don't rember for how much, because I often buy that kind of bonus. The latter is unusual for me, because by buying the bonus I only bought 10 free spins at €0.9 per spin. Am I wrong? Thank you for your answer.

Hi Luka1 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to assist you with this matter. Bonus buy features are a single bet, regardless of how they are constructed. You are risking the entirity of the 'cost', in this case €63, on the outcome of the free spin feature. You cannot buy the free spins individually. You cannot choose to stop and get a refund half way through. You are wagering €63 on the outcome of the bonus feature and this would exceed the maximum allowed bet associated with any bonus that you have claimed.
We would strongly recommend that you avoid using any bonus buy features while playing with a bonus at any gambling operator.
Sorry we could not be of further help.
