Nordicasino - Casino won't pay out my winnings

Found for the Player - Despite our repeated efforts to contact Nordicasino to discuss this issue we have received no response whatsoever from the operator.

Player's Complaint

January 15th I won a total of 2250 euros at this casino. Due to rules with their bonus payouts I could only withdraw 1000 euros, according to their rules.

My verfication documents got approved February 1st, but as of yet I have not received anything from the casino. I keep trying to reach out to them in their chat, but the answer always stays the same. They always say I should receive my money within 3 to 5 business days, but now its been over a month in total, and I have not seen anything yet.

I also tried reaching out to them via email, however, they do not respond there either.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
