This is your third complaint against the N1 Interactive group in the last 12 months. All three complaints have been of a similar nature to this one - wherein you experience what would be mathematically considered a very short losing period on a high variance game and conclude on that basis that the games are in some way not performing as they should. 

Our answer to this complaint is the same as our answer to your last complaint:  With regard to your game play, gambling is a high risk activity where the house always has an advantage. Furthermore, slots games are what is known as 'high variance'. This means that there can be occassional big wins, but that these are balanced out by extended periods of losses. What you describe is unlucky, but not abnormal.

If you feel that you are losing more than you are comfortable with, you may find our free Responsible Gambling app <a href="https://betblocker.org/">BetBlocker</a> useful. It allows users to restrict their internet capable devices from accessing over 15k gambling operator websites for between 24 hours and 5 years.

Beyond this, you should feel free to take any action you feel is appropriate.

It's soo sad to see that when you have to do something against the n1 interactive ltd you are not able to do something against that [EDIT].. That was never bad luck bad luck and Manipulation are different things and the n1 interactive ltd manipulate the slots in their casinos..

So I have no other thing to do, to send this to a higher control organization who are able to do something.. Control you and your partners from n1 interactive ltd /softswiss group..

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy, but where you continue to submit complaints that follow the pattern of "I played a free spin promotion and the operator turned off winnings", there is absolutely nothing for us to investigate.

In the first instance, the operator cannot control the games. The software providers would never allow any operator to do so - they would risk their license and their entire business on the actions of casino operators. It simply is not going to happen. More significantly - and as has been explained to you before - gambling is a high risk activity and slots games are high variance. Your general feeling that a game isn't paying out enough over the wagering requirement for a single promotion (or even dozens) is not even vaguely sufficient to draw conclusions about the function of any game.

Until such time as you can present a case where there is sufficient evidence for us to demonstrate that the games in question are not functioning at the advertised standard, there is nothing we can do to assist you.

As I say sad.. And as I can see your organization have no clue how gambling works sorry but your not right.. I have tons of gb video material only from the n1 interactive ltd casinos I've played and in any n1 based casinos the same things happens and only in this casinos.. N1 interactive ltd /softswiss group you know them the Belarusian casino provider.. Bonus play works amazing at the moment the bonus spins ends nothing works.. You can't tell me that this is correct..

I tell you how it works.. For the bonus spins I get the better rng (random number generator) so I can see wow this works out very well.. And at the moment the bonus spins ends their system put me in a lost rng they transfer me from a good rng to bad rng so I'm even not able to do the 50x wagering for it.. And this happens not 1 time or 2 or 3 times.. It happens 100 times that I get fantastic bonus spins and when it ends I have to wager it and I get so bad rng that I'm not be able to wagering it.. So please don't tell me about bad luck or high risk or Idk...  This group scamms gamblers like me..

And know I want to know how you check out what the casino does to me.. How you know without checking their system that I just have bad luck.. How.?!? Please explain me that.. And please send me any details of how you check out that the casino don't scam ppl like me.  That is what I want to know.. How you can be sure that everything is legal.. How you can be sure that this online casino can't do that.. How.. Because they would lose they license.. Please before they lose they license they get a warning than 2 warning and warning after warning.. Than they have to pay some euros and promise to stop that and 3 months later the scam starts again..

Please tell me how you check out the casino providers when you get a complaint that a player get scammed from a casino..

As already stated, what you describe is not even vaguely close to a game play sample size upon which you could derive any meaningful conclusions about the fairness of the games in question. Unless you have MILLIONS of rounds of play data, what you feel about your luck, or lack thereof, is irrelevant. Asking us to invest time and resources to conduct analysis of gameplay samples, that amount to a few thousand spins, is non-meaningful. No relevant conclusions can be drawn from a sample of this size.

We are not asserting that there is no possibility that the games in question have not performed in a non-random fashion. We ARE asserting that based on what you describe there is no grounds for us to take an investigation any further as it would not be possible to conclude anything about the fairness of the games from the data set you have described. It would be a waste of time and resources.

Until such time as there is valid reason for us to view your submissions as likely to be explained as something other than bad luck, there is nothing that we can do to assist you.

Further posts on this issue that do not provide any meaningful grounds for the complaint will not be approved.

3. And many many more complaints with the same 1. And 2. Answers..

So I gave you one chance to do the right thing and help me to get all my money back for me.. Or I take the solved for the player complaints an put it in all gambling community's I know and there are a lot of community's.. Where everyone can see that you do nothing for the players to get their money back..

I am telling you that based on the multiple complaints you have submitted, in each case there is no reasonable grounds for us to suspect that the games in question have functioned in any way other than fairly. 

The reality here is that you are unhappy with your losses. I understand that, but simply feeling that you are losing too much, or that 'the games change' at specific points, is not reasonable grounds to suggest that the games you played were non-random. You are making significant claims and as such they would need to be backed-up by substantive evidence, which you do not have.

As to your observations regarding our complaint management system - 'Found for the Player' NEVER means the player has been paid. This ruling is for situations where we agree that the player has a valid claim, but the operator has refused to pay the player. Hence we are ruling against the operator and the complaint is marked with a large red 'X'. Where we manage to get a player paid, the complaint would be marked as 'Resolved'.

Moving on to your threatening communications - to be polite, this is poor form on your part. You cannot threaten or bully your way to support in a case where you have insufficient evidence of any wrongdoing. If you could we would not be a fair system. Feel free to screen shot this page (it will be published soon anyway), or reference any other complaint we have managed (the reports are all in the public domain). Feel free to post these wherever you like or communicate them to whichever authority you feel is appropriate to address your concerns. All of these actions are within your rights. None of them would concern us.

You should however familiarise yourself with the actual facts of the service we deliver before basing claims on fundamental misunderstandings of our system or on tiny samples of the thousands of complaints that we have managed that you select to fit the conclusions you already want to draw.

 So I played my bonus @ PINO casino and everything was fine I won 140 euros what I get was 50 euros okay.. But in the second where the free spin bonus ends the slot I played turned off free spins and wins for me... So please do something against pinocasino n1 interactive ltd / softswiss group please do something against this scamming crime casino organization..
