Player's Complaint
I deposited 100.00 and had a moderate win in cash funds (no bonus used), and attempted to withdraw 302.10. They claim that I broke the promotional terms and conditions by using the same IP address as someone else, and refuse to pay my winnings. This is unreasonable as I never even touched the bonus (promotional) funds.

I am not aware of any such IP sharing. I connected from my own laptop and was not on a public network (school, etc.)
Playgrand casino have provided sufficient evidence to demonstrate that this account is unnaturally associated with other accounts in breach of terms and conditions. As such we will take no further part in the representation of this player's claim.
