I joined up with the casino and deposited $100and received a $100 bonus, I had to wager the bonus at 35x the bonus amount, which I did and made money which was put in my real money account, I made it over 4.5k and went to withdraw 2.5k which was pending for a few days while I was waiting for them 2 review my bank statement as they had all ready verify my license as the number one ID, anyway I have talked to live chat and support email all week and had them looking into my account and not one of them have said to me I had breach in anyway, so iv been waiting for my 2.5k to be deposited into my bank and last night I received an email from [email protected] saying I have breach my welcome bonus and they took all the money I made while play real cash NOT BONUS money, I will copy and past the email with there reason to do this.
I dont think I was in any breach as I had did what there wager requirements said and wagered the 35x the $100 bonus, before I put my 1st withdrawal in, they are trying to say the breach is in the clause 7 and I wasn't ment to bit over $5 , I have read all there terms and conditions and promotion terms and I cant find anything to what they're referring to
Only conditions I can find is in the clause 7 is that I needed to do the wager of 35x and all winnings there for after would be put in my real cash account, which I got up to 2k but was taken as well, I dont think this is fear as I didnt breach at all , I have contacted the accounts team but had no response from them, I have contacted support and live chat as well and no one is really given me a straight answer just that they send me an email telling me the reason they gave,
