i made a withdraw in nov 10th and with much ado!! I got my Id cleared and so on, then they said they would send my cash and it would be another 3 to 7 days! But it never did.. that was back in Nov I have gone back and forth with them right up to today i sent the a bank statement with all info on it 3 times now and in PDF format and i talked to this person in charge [EDIT] who said she would get right back to me days ago and never did. So i went back on the so called live help and after hours of explaining and answering the same questions over and over, they tell me it can take ten days after i sent in my bank statement !! to them again!!! omg i have done that 3 times i can also see that they did in fact get the statement and they have opened it and yet they are saying no and that i have to wait for them to send it back to there accountants and they will get back to me with in 48 hours AGAIN. and that i need my bank to send the a official letter! But when I talked to my bank they said it would cost me to send such a letter and that the office bank statement Ive sent 4 or 5 times now should be enough

My understanding is that Playzee have been speaking to you directly about this issue.
They have requested that you contact your bank to trace the withdrawal that they have sent on the 21/11. Have you done this?
