Found for the Casino - This player has breached the maximum allowed bet term while playing with a bonus. As such there is nothing we can do to help them.
Read our Playzee Casino Review.
I deposited $280CAD at Playzee.com and regrettably accepted the welcome bonus. After I met the wagering requirements, I decided to withdraw the maximum amount allowed in the amount of $2,500CAD.
Close to one week after initiating that withdraw, I was told that I broke the rules and all my winnings would be confiscated and instead of immediately transferring only my deposit to my bank account, they stuck it back into my Playzee playing account in hopes that I'll waste it. Due to that, it would take even more time for me to get my money back into my hands.
Apparently, for accepting the welcome bonus and using Neteller to deposit funds, I wouldn't be allowed to withdraw any winnings. My question to them is, why not? They received the funds no matter how the money was deposited - so why does that really matter - and there wasn't a LOUDER way for me to see this critical rule at the time of depositing. Good luck trying to comb through the pages of their website in order to find it! If they really cared about users understanding this stipulation, then why wouldn't they state it RIGHT NEXT to the deposit button? The reason being... they want to surprise most about this and keep their winnings! I'm sure most wouldn't accept the welcome bonus if they had a greater chance of learning about this rule before depositing.
Also, I had broken another rule... I bet more than $5CAD while my bonus was activated. Well, you need to bet FAR more than $5 of course in order to meet the wagering requirement for the chance to withdraw. So, how does that make any sense?
Then when asking about withdrawing my deposit of $280 only, they said that my deposit was for $270, which is a lie and when the deposit finally arrived in my bank account, they took an additional fee of $21.79CAD. Plus, I had to pay my bank a $14CAD fee for the transfer. If they had done an Interac eTransfer to my account, then I would have saved that additional fee.
In short, this is a very sneaky and deceptive website that does everything it can to ensure that the player loses and I don't think they care too much about repeat business.
To make things more fair to the players, they really must put the most important rules in terms of the welcome bonus RIGHT NEXT to the deposit button so less users will miss this stipulation.
Really, online casinos have the edge when it comes to odds, so it's crummy how companies such as Playzee.com do everything else they can to swindle their customers.
Enough said!

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this instance. If the bonus you claimed was on your first deposit it is subject to the following term:
Links to the promotional terms are included immediately underneath the advertisement on the Canadian version of the homepage and in the 'More Info' button on the promotional page. The term is actually highlighted in what would be considered the 'significant' term section - that being one of the 5 terms that have been specifically highlighted as important and summarised outside of the full terms document.
When you accept a bonus at any online gambling operator, you are agreeing to some additional restrictions in terms of what you can do with your funds in exchange for additional funds to play with. Neither of these terms is uncommon - in fact the maximum bet is close to universal.
All we can do is suggest you do is ensure that you familiarise yourself with the terms of any bonus you claim before you play in future.
Sorry we could not be of further help.
