Playzee - withdrawal stalling behavior

Player's Complaint

I have $6500 waiting to be withdrawn from Playzee online casino. This casino is doing all they can to delay my payment.

After I submitted the request of withdrawal, I wanted to speed up the process, so I asked them for a place to send my documents, and the response was: no need for any documents right now (everyone knows the casino need it at some point...). So I waited for their email.

On the next day, they sent me an email requesting for documents, and they only requested for a bank statement that contains my deposits (everyone knows they will need some other docs as well, why are they doing it one by one...).

I gave them a screenshot of my bank account and the deposit, but they insisted on a formal bank statement (usually other casinos can just accept screenshots, but fine).

I obtained my bank statement later, and sent it to them. They replied with an email saying the relevant department will respond to me in 48 hours, but it has been 60 hours since I sent them the documents, and I still have not received a response.

Now, it has been almost a week since my request for withdrawal, and it is still pending...

I don't need this money urgently but it is very important to me as it is a lot of money. It is causing me a lot of psychological stress thinking about the uncertainty of how long they are planning to stall the withdrawal for, or will they even pay me at all. Their processing time is abnormally long and it is making me worried about if they will pay me at all. And who knows what they will ask for when they respond to me, more unnecessary documents?

I hope they can let Playzee casino process the documents for verification and process the withdrawal as soon possible and stop playing the stalling game. They accepted my deposit almost instantly when I requested it, so I think it is reasonable that they do their best to process my withdrawal as soon as possible. I understand they have a policy of $2500 max withdrawal a week. I don't mind that, it just takes 3 weeks. But I need confirmation that they won't delay any longer my first withdrawal that has been sitting there.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
