I did a deposit with trustly, won some cash and decided to withdrawl 3000sek. Shortly after that i find my account frozen without an explanation. I did email they but without answer, its like 4-5 days ago now. Plz help me get my money, i won them fair and square.

With the greatest of respect, you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
